How does pricing work?
Prices drop as quantity goes up. The "list price" you see on each product is the per-piece price at that quantity tier. Setup, decoration, and shipping are itemized in your quote so there are no surprises - one bottom-line number, every line itemized.
Do I need a minimum order?
Most items have a low minimum (often 24-48 pieces) and a few have no minimum at all. Tell us your target quantity in the quote and we'll pick the best supplier for your run.
What payment methods do you take?
Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) and ACH. Net terms available on approved accounts after the first paid order.
Are there hidden setup fees?
No. Every cost - artwork setup, decoration setup, color charges, shipping - is itemized on your quote before you commit. If we don't write it down, you don't pay it.
Production & Turnaround
How fast can I get my order?
Standard turnaround is 7-14 business days from art approval. Many products offer rush production (1-3 business days) for an added fee. Ask in your quote and we'll confirm what's possible for your specific item.
What decoration methods do you offer?
Screen printing, embroidery, laser engraving, full-color UV print, heat transfer, sublimation, pad printing, debossing, embossing, custom labels and packaging. We pick the right method for the substrate, quantity, and budget - and tell you why.
What if I need samples first?
For larger orders we can usually pull a blank sample from the supplier so you can see the actual product in your hand before committing. Branded pre-production samples are available on most items for a fee.
What's your "on-time or we make it right" policy?
If we miss a deadline we committed to, we'll cover rush shipping or work with the supplier on a credit. We don't ship and forget - your in-hands date is the goal, not our production date.
Art & Files
Do you offer free art proofs?
Yes. Every order includes a free digital proof showing your logo on the product, with the actual decoration method and color match, before anything goes to press. You approve the proof in writing - we don't print until you're happy.
What art files do you accept?
Vector files (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg) work best for printing. Hi-res raster files (.png, .jpg at 300dpi) work for most digital methods. Don't have a vector file? Send what you have - we can recreate or vectorize most artwork.
What if my logo needs cleanup?
We have an in-house art team. Light cleanup (color tweaks, background removal) is free; full vectorization or recreate-from-scratch is quoted as art services. Either way you get a proof before any production runs.

Can I order without an account?
You can browse the catalog and request a quote. We don't take orders directly online - every project goes through a real account rep at Delivered By Decade who quotes, sources, and manages the order. The free account is how we keep your project, proofs, and reorder history in one place.
What's the difference between a quote and an order?
A quote is a no-obligation pricing breakdown. Once you approve the quote and the proof, we convert it into an order, collect payment, and start production.
How do reorders work?
Easy. Sign in, find the order in your account, and click Reorder. Same product, same art, same decoration - just confirm quantities and we'll quote it again at current pricing.
Can you blind ship to my customer?
Yes. We ship in plain boxes with no distributor branding by default. Your customer gets a clean unboxing with your brand on the merch.
Do you handle international orders?
Most orders ship within the US. International shipping is available on request - tell us your destination and we'll quote freight.
