How does pricing work?
Prices drop as quantity goes up. The "list price" you see on each product is the per-piece price at that quantity tier. Setup, decoration, and shipping are itemized in your quote so there are no surprises - one bottom-line number, every line itemized.
Do I need a minimum order?
Most items have a low minimum (often 24-48 pieces) and a few have no minimum at all. Tell us your target quantity in the quote and we'll pick the best supplier for your run.
What payment methods do you take?
Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) and ACH. Net terms available on approved accounts after the first paid order.
Are there hidden setup fees?
No. Every cost - artwork setup, decoration setup, color charges, shipping - is itemized on your quote before you commit. If we don't write it down, you don't pay it.
Production & Turnaround
How fast can I get my order?
Standard turnaround is 7-14 business days from art approval. Many products offer rush production (1-3 business days) for an added fee. Ask in your quote and we'll confirm what's possible for your specific item.
What decoration methods do you offer?
Screen printing, embroidery, laser engraving, full-color UV print, heat transfer, sublimation, pad printing, debossing, embossing, custom labels and packaging. We pick the right method for the substrate, quantity, and budget - and tell you why.
What if I need samples first?
For larger orders we can usually pull a blank sample from the supplier so you can see the actual product in your hand before committing. Branded pre-production samples are available on most items for a fee.
What's your "on-time or we make it right" policy?
If we miss a deadline we committed to, we'll cover rush shipping or work with the supplier on a credit. We don't ship and forget - your in-hands date is the goal, not our production date.
Art & Files
Do you offer free art proofs?
Yes. Every order includes a free digital proof showing your logo on the product, with the actual decoration method and color match, before anything goes to press. You approve the proof in writing - we don't print until you're happy.
What art files do you accept?
Vector files (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg) work best for printing. Hi-res raster files (.png, .jpg at 300dpi) work for most digital methods. Don't have a vector file? Send what you have - we can recreate or vectorize most artwork.
What if my logo needs cleanup?
We have an in-house art team. Light cleanup (color tweaks, background removal) is free; full vectorization or recreate-from-scratch is quoted as art services. Either way you get a proof before any production runs.

Can I order without an account?
You can browse the catalog and request a quote. We don't take orders directly online - every project goes through a real account rep at Delivered By Decade who quotes, sources, and manages the order. The free account is how we keep your project, proofs, and reorder history in one place.
What's the difference between a quote and an order?
A quote is a no-obligation pricing breakdown. Once you approve the quote and the proof, we convert it into an order, collect payment, and start production.
How do reorders work?
Easy. Sign in, find the order in your account, and click Reorder. Same product, same art, same decoration - just confirm quantities and we'll quote it again at current pricing.
Can you blind ship to my customer?

Art File Guide
Why Art Files Are Not All the Same
Understanding the difference saves time, money, and reprints for you and your customers.
Raster Art
A grid of colored squares (pixels). At small sizes it looks sharp. Enlarge it and you see the grid: blurry edges, blocky shapes, unusable for print.
- Resolution is fixed at the time of creation
- Print minimum: 300 DPI at the final output size
- Web images are typically 72–96 DPI, never print-ready
- Scaling up = quality loss, always
Vector Art
Built from mathematical paths: points, curves, and lines. No pixels. No resolution limit. A logo built in vector can print on a business card or a billboard, identically sharp.

A "Vector" File Extension Doesn't Mean Vector Artwork
AI, EPS, SVG, and PDF are containers, not guarantees. Each of these formats can hold raster images embedded inside them. The file extension tells you the wrapper, not what's inside it.
A designer drops a customer's JPEG logo into Adobe Illustrator, scales it up, and saves it as a .AI file. The customer sends it over saying "here's the vector file." The container is AI. The contents are a low-res raster image.
A logo is scanned from a business card and saved as a .PDF. It opens cleanly in Acrobat and looks fine on screen at small sizes. But zoom in: it's a photograph of a logo, not actual vector data. Print it at 4 inches and it will be blurry.
Illustrator's Live Trace converts a raster image into technically vector paths. But tracing a low-res image produces thousands of jagged, noisy paths that follow the pixel edges. The file is vector. The quality is unusable. Always ask for the original hand-drawn vector.
Machines Don't Print. They Sew.
No amount of art file quality prepares a design for embroidery. It requires a completely separate process.
What is Digitizing?
Digitizing is the process of converting artwork into a stitch file: a set of machine instructions that tells the embroidery head exactly where to place every needle. A skilled digitizer manually defines:
- Stitch type: satin (outlines & text), fill (solid areas), running (details)
- Stitch direction & density: affects sheen, coverage, and fabric pull
- Underlay stitches: stabilize fabric before the top layer is sewn
- Push & pull compensation: fabric stretches as it's sewn; the design must account for this
- Color sequence: when to trim, jump, and change thread
Why .DST Files?
DST (Tajima) is the most universal embroidery machine format. It contains raw stitch coordinate data: no images, no colors, just stitching instructions.

No. There is no automatic conversion. Digitizing is a skilled trade, not a file format change. An embroidery logo must be re-created by a digitizer stitch by stitch.

This is the Stripe account that collects money for the site: distributor subscription payments and credit purchases. This is completely separate from any distributor's own customer invoicing.
