What's the minimum order quantity?
Most decorated apparel and hard-goods start at 12-24 pieces. Some items run lower (24-48 piece minimums for specialty decoration); a few hard-goods can ship in dozens or pairs. Tell us the quantity you need and we'll point you to products that fit.
Can we get a free art proof before we commit?
Yes. Every quote we send includes a free digital mockup so you see the finished piece before any production starts. Revisions are unlimited until you sign off.
How fast can you turn a rush order?
Most items offer rush production for an added fee, which cuts into the standard production time the supplier publishes for that item. We pair rush production with air shipping when the calendar is tight. Tell us the date you need pieces in hand and we'll work backward and tell you what's realistic.
Can you drop-ship to multiple addresses?
Yes - we routinely split orders to many ship-to addresses. Common for new-hire kits going to home addresses, attendee swag going to event hotels, and multi-location franchise orders. One PO, one invoice, individual shipments.
