Promotional Calendar earns a spot in our regular rotation for one reason: it ships clean, decorates well, and the customer doesn't hear about defects after the order. For the imprint, we run the art through the same checker we use for every order - vector check, color separations, registration tolerance - so the supplier doesn't come back with surprise issues mid-run. On the use-case side, it covers the core program shapes: events, employee programs, customer gifts, and the in-between (sales-team gear, sponsor packages, partner kits). Production lead time is set up-front so reorders run on the same window as the first order, not slower.
