Embroidery services
The premium decoration method for polos, jackets, hats, and uniform programs. Thread that outlasts the garment.
Embroidery says "premium." It's raised, dimensional, durable, and the standard for corporate-uniform programs and hats.
What it's best for
- Corporate uniform programs. Polos, quarter-zips, button-downs, vests - embroidery is the visual standard.
- Caps / hats. Hard to print on a curved crown - embroidery wraps cleanly.
- Premium giveaways. A $40 jacket with embroidery feels like a $60 jacket.
- Designs with under 6 thread colors and no gradients. Most logos qualify.
- Substrates that hold a stitch - polo, jacket, fleece, denim, canvas.
- Multi-year-life uniform programs. Thread doesn't fade or crack.
What it's NOT best for
- T-shirts. Thin cotton puckers under stitching.
- Photographic / gradient artwork. Thread can't do gradients.
- Very fine details (lines under ~0.4mm, text under ~6pt) blur in thread.
- Imprint area over ~4 inches - cost scales linearly, gets expensive fast.
- Hard goods - use laser engraving or full-color UV print instead.
Pricing model
- Per-piece cost: ~$3.50-7.00 at 250 quantity, single location.
- Digitizing fee: 5-50 one-time per design. Converts your art to a stitch file.
- Stitch count drives cost. Bigger / denser designs = more thread = higher per-piece. Small left-chest logos are most cost-effective.
- Reorders: Digitizing reused. Per-piece cost only.

Common questions
How long does embroidery last?
Outlasts the garment in most cases. The thread doesn't fade, crack, or peel.
Why does embroidery sometimes look puckered?
Cheap or thin garments pucker under stitching. Solve with a quality garment + a stabilizer backing during embroidery.
Can I match a Pantone color in thread?
Yes - thread libraries cover most PMS colors. Exact matches sometimes require a special-order spool. Tell us at quote time.
What about embroidered patches?
Yes - we produce custom patches (sew-on, iron-on, hook-and-loop) when you want a removable / interchangeable approach.
